Warranty Policy

1-Year Parts Warranty

Holdwell, are guaranteed to be free from defects for one-year from the original date of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect returned parts prior to issuing a refund or credit. Defective parts will be replaced if available, or issued a full refund. This warranty is valid for parts used under normal conditions and for their original intended purpose only. Parts with modifications or parts used in extreme conditions are not valid for warranty replacement or refund. The 1-year warranty will be voided if any repair, disassembly or alterations of this product are completed without Holdwell approval.

Extended Parts Warranties

Extended warranties may be purchased at an additional cost. Extended warranties for parts are under the same terms as our standard 1-Year Parts Warranty. Extended Warranties may be purchased for up to 30 days past the initial purchase.
